Budokon Conditioning Monday & Wednesdays 12:30-1:30pm starts Monday July 14th

Budokon for Kids begins Saturday July 19th 3-4pm with Noelle Culler Ages 5-9 Registration Required. $60 per child

The Budokon kids class incorporates yoga and martial arts in a light and playful way. Children will explore the way the body moves, flowing through techniques that combine animal movements with yoga and martial arts flows.

Part of the philosophy of Budokon is that the way we move reflects the way we think, and the way we think reflects the way we live our lives. For children the class offers the opportunity to create positive patterns of thought and movement
